Fast Food Fact: It’s OK to Be Nutty!

Many people avoid eating nuts because they are high in fat. But nuts contain monounsaturated fat, like olive oil, and are rich in vitamin E, fiber and B vitamins. As long as you keep it to a handful and not a canful, nuts are a healthy choice.
