It was once believed that eggs would raise your cholesterol level, this is now outdated information. Research has since proven that eating one egg a day doesn’t increase your heart disease risk at all. Eggs are a nutrition powerhouse, packed with protein, healthy fats, potassium, vitamins B12 and D. They are also a good source of the minerals zinc and selenium.
