I need to watch my sodium but I’ve learned so much more. Great resource for anyone who wants to eat well.

For the first time I can figure out what is right for me, being able to personalize the recommendations is awesome.

Complete is exactly the right word for this book. Buy it!!!

This book explains very clearly how much protein, sugar, carbs, etc. that you actually need for your size. I have owned several editions of the print version. Author credentials are solid. I have given several copies as gifts. I always buy the latest edition as soon as it comes out. Great to see the latest digital format.

I purchased the paperback edition of The Complete Food Counter in the early 2000s (couldn’t find a publication date in the book) and found it quite informative. Is there a more recent edition available in book form? Thank you.
