We love to try new foods. Some are great. Some don’t measure up and some become staples in our kitchen. See what you think.

Coyotas Tortillas (1) COYOTAS Cassava Flour Tortillas ll Grain Free Gluten Free Paleo Vegan makes gluten/grain free, vegan tortillas by switching traditional wheat flour and lard with cassava flour and coconut oil. Coyotas are handmade in small batches.

The tortillas should be refrigerated and used within 15 days or can be frozen for up to 2 months. The brand recommends heating Coyotas in a pan over medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes, flipping them every 15 to 20 seconds. They can be used in the same way as traditional tortillas.

One Coyotas Tortilla, 6-inches (0.8-ounces) has 90 calories, 4 grams of fat, 13 grams of carb (with 2 grams of fiber and no sugar), no protein, no potassium, and 120 milligrams of sodium.

Coyotas are NonGMO Project Verified (About – The Non-GMO Project) and the brand participates in 1% for the Planet (1% for the Planet – Homepage). This certification seal is given to businesses that donate 1% of annual sales or salary to environmental causes.
