We love to try new foods. Some are great. Some don’t measure up and some become staples in our kitchen. See what you think.

With the continued popularity of the keto diet, more companies are developing foods that fit this eating pattern. GOODTO GO has developed four, soft-baked, Keto-certified snack bars with additional flavors being developed in the brand pipeline.

GOODTO GO bars currently come in eight flavors with more to come in the brand pipeline. We tasted two.

Raspberry Lemon

Vanilla Almond

The flavors were mild and the bars had the texture of a soft baked cookie

Both bars (1.41-ounces) have 160 calories, 6 grams of protein, 13 grams of fat, 15 grams of carb (with 7 grams of fiber, 2 grams of natural sugar and no added sugar), 188 milligrams of potassium, and 230 milligrams of sodium.

The bars are based in almond flour. Their fiber content comes from inulin, a plant-based fiber, and the mild sweetness comes from erythritol, a natural sugar alcohol used as a low-calorie sweetener.

The bars are sourced from Canada, NonGMO-Certified, Certified Gluten Free, Certified Vegan, and kosher (OU).

The brand is committed to environmental stewardship and is active in 1% for the Planet which supports organizations that work to create environmental change. They are a certified Bcorp which is part of a group of for-profit businesses that use their business models for good to promote social and environmental change. They are a TRUE Zero Waste business, using practices that demonstrate responsibility for the social and ecological health of the planet.
