Cocoa Crunch has 150 calories, 6 grams of fat, 4 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber, 8 grams of added sugar, 115 milligrams of sodium and 50 milligrams of potassium.
The brand suggests a few pieces of granola bark, plus yogurt and fruit for breakfast. Or, soak it overnight in milk for ready-made oats. It can also be crumbled on yogurt, salad or ice cream.
