Gluten Free Bars Group-300Like many niche companies The Gluten Free Bars and Bites were started by two brothers who have celiac disease, an inability to digest gluten found in wheat, rye and barley. All their bars and bites are vegan, soy-free, non-GMO (no genetically modified ingredients), dairy-free, preservative-free, low in sodium and certified kosher. The products are produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility.

The Gluten Free Bars comes in 6 flavors, each bar is 2.05 ounces. None of the bars have cholesterol because they are vegan and made without animal ingredients, such as milk or eggs.

Chocolate Peanut Butter has 240 calories, 10 grams of fat, 12 grams of protein and 75 milligrams of sodium.

Coconut Cashew Crunch has 245 calories, 11 grams of fat, 11 grams of protein and 125 milligrams of sodium.

Cranberry Toasted Almond has 225 calories, 9.5 grams of fat, 12 grams of protein and 105 milligrams of sodium.

Dark Chocolate Coconut has 230 calories, 8.5 grams of fat, 10 grams of protein and 125 milligrams of sodium.

Oatmeal Raisin has 220 calories, 7 grams of fat, 12 grams of protein and 120 milligrams of sodium.

Peanut Butter has 235 calories, 9 grams of fat, 12 grams of protein and 140 milligrams of sodium.

The Gluten Free Bites come in 6 flavors: Blueberry Almond Crunch, Chocolate Cherry Almond, Chocolate Hazelnut, Coconut Cashew Crunch, Dark Chocolate Coconut, and Peanut Butter and Jelly. A serving equals two bites with 100 to 110 calories and 4 grams of protein.
