Is Your Food Upcycled?

The pandemic accelerated the expanding war on food waste. One-third of all food is wasted globally, amounting to almost 1.3 billion tons each year. This has spawned a growing category of upcycled foods made from otherwise wasted ingredients. Pulp Chips (Pulp Pantry – Hive Brands) are an example, made from leftover vegetable fiber.
