One ounce, 8 nuggets, has 140 calories, 6 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein, 17 grams of carb (with 1 gram of fiber, 1 gram of sugar and no added sugar), 80 milligrams of potassium, and 350 milligrams of sodium.
