We love to try new foods. Some are great. Some don’t measure up and some become staples in our kitchen. See what you think.

Mary’s Gone Crackers is the largest organic, gluten-free cracker company in the US. Started in 2004, Mary’s Gone Crackers produces all its crackers in its own dedicated organic and gluten-free bakery in Reno, Nevada. In addition to being Certified Gluten-Free (Home | Gluten Intolerance Group of North America – GFCO) the entire line of crackers are USDA Organic, kosher certified (OU), Certified Vegan (Vegan Action – We Certify Vegan Products), and NonGMO Project Verified (Product Verification – The Non-GMO Project).

The brand recently introduced three new flavors to its Real Thin line. We tasted two.

Garlic Rosemary

Sea Salt

Nine crackers (1 ounce) are considered a serving with 140 calories, 6 grams of fat, 1 gram of protein, 21 grams of carb (with 1 gram of fiber, 3 grams of sugar of which 1 gram is added sugar), and 240 milligrams of sodium. The crackers were crispy and strong enough to use for dipping or to pair with a topping.

In addition, we tasted 3 other Mary’s Gone Crackers items.

Herb Crackers – 12 crackers (1 ounce) are considered a serving with 140 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 4 grams of protein, 20 grams of carb (with 3 grams of fiber and no sugar), 170 milligrams of sodium, and 154 milligrams of potassium.

Super Seed Basil + Garlic Crackers – 12 crackers (1 ounce) are considered a serving with 140 calories, 7 grams of fat, 5 grams of protein, 17 grams of carb (with 2 grams of fiber and no sugar), 280 milligrams of sodium, and 181 milligrams of potassium.

Super Seed Seaweed + Black Sesame Crackers – 12 crackers (1 ounce) are considered a serving with 150 calories, 7 grams of fat, 5 grams of protein, 16 grams of carb (with 3 grams of fiber and no sugar), 280 milligrams of sodium, and 200 milligrams of potassium. These were our favorites.
