CAN YOU POST INFO. ON (I.B.S) SEEMS, A LOT OF PEOPLE OVER 60 ARE SUFFERING FROM THIS, AND SO MANY FOODS ARE NOT EASILY DIGESTIBLE, AND AGREE WITH OUR GASTRO TRACT, (ME FOR ONE) ANY INPUT, AND ADVICE; ON THIS TOPIC WOULD BE GREAT!!! THANK YOU, MARYANN
