New in the Market: Brazi Bites

We love to try new foods. Some are great. Some don’t measure up and some become staples in our kitchen. See what you think.

Junea Rocha, one of the founders of Brazi Bites grew up in Brazil where pao de quiejo (cheese bread) made from tapioca flour is a favorite snack food. After relocating to the US, Junea started to experiment with recipes for cheese bread which evolved into an artisanal product she sold at food shows, to an appearance on Shark Tank, to the start of Brazi Bites based in Portland Oregon.

Today the naturally gluten free baked cheese bites are available in stores throughout the country. Brazi Bites are frozen and require 20 minutes of baking. They are available in four varieties. All are Certified Gluten-Free.

Three bites are considered one serving.
