Nairn’s makes gluten free cookies, grahams and crackers by carefully sourcing gluten-free oats, milling the oats in a dedicated mill, and producing the brand in a dedicated gluten free bakery. We tasted two varieties.
Oatmeal Grahams – 2 cookies have 90 calories, 4 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein, 13 grams of carb (3 grams of sugar and 1 gram of fiber) and 95 milligrams of sodium. Oatmeal Grahams are NonGMO Project Verified.
Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Cookies – 2 cookies have 90 calories, 4 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein, 13 grams of carb (5 grams of sugar and 1 gram of fiber) and 80 milligrams of sodium.
Both were mildly sweet but they did crack easily because they lack the structure that wheat provides to baked items They are made in Scotland, Certified Gluten Free and packaged in go-packs of 4 cookies per package.
Smart Flour Foods got its start when a baker tried to develop gluten free flour for a friend with celiac disease. The end result was flour made from sorghum, amaranth and teff. Today Smart Flour Foods makes Certified Gluten Free, NonGMO Project Verified frozen pizzas.
We tasted the three original varieties. A serving equals one-half of a pie (5 ounces).

We found the crusts crisp, chewy and tasty. They did not crumble or break as do many gluten free baked items.
