Reductarians try to eat less red meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, and eggs. They do it with gradual changes to the way they eat by being flexible and mindful of their food choices. Vegetarians and vegans are considered reductarians. You may be one, too. This eating pattern takes in anyone who is trying to reduce some of the foods they usually eat. They may wish to eat fewer animal products while not giving them up completely. Trend watchers predict that reductarian diets will be one of the top food trends for 2022.
