We tasted two of Uncle Matt’s Organic drinks.
Organic Orange Juice with Calcium and Vitamin D is a naturally sweet, full-bodied orange juice. An 8-ounce serving has 110 calories with 2 grams of protein, 26 grams of carb (with 22 grams of natural sugar), 325 milligrams of calcium, 450 milligrams of potassium and no sodium The Organic Orange Juice additionally offers 100% of your daily need for vitamin C, 25% of vitamin D, and 10% of your daily need for folate, thiamin and B6. The orange juice is flash pasteurized.
Ultimate Immune Orange + Elderberry + Zinc has an interesting sweet taste made up of orange and elderberry juice with acerola puree. The juice needs to be shook before pouring. It has 110 calories in an 8-ounce serving with the same nutrition profile of Organic Orange juice along with 50% of your daily vitamin D, 300% of vitamin C, and 25% of zinc. It is not calcium-fortified.
Both juices are kosher certified (OU) and packages in BPA-free plastic bottles that are PET #1 which is the most recyclable form of plastic.
