We love to try new foods. Some are great. Some don’t measure up and some become staples in our kitchen. See what you think.
We were introduced to Seven Sundays gluten-free muesli a number of years ago. Traditionally muesli is a cereal dish based in raw rolled oats along with other ingredients. Seven Sundays has recently expanded its line to include three new grain free muesli products.
The grain free line is based in nuts and coconut. A one-third cup serving of each variety has 160 calories.
Golden Hour Mix – is based in cashews and coconut plus blueberries, dates, raisins, seeds, turmeric, and cinnamon. One serving has 12 grams of fat, 3 grams of protein, 2 grams of fiber, 1 gram of added sugar, 120 milligrams of potassium and 5 milligrams of sodium.
Lucky Day Mix – is based in almonds and coconut plus seeds, raisins and matcha green tea powder. One serving has 13 grams of fat, 4 grams of protein, 2 grams of fiber, 3 grams of added sugar, 70 milligrams of potassium and 5 milligrams of sodium.
Rise & Shine Mix – is based in almonds and coconut plus seeds, dates, bing cherries, pecans, bananas, strawberries, cinnamon and vanilla. One serving has 13 grams of fat, 4 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber, no added sugar, 100 milligrams of potassium and no sodium.
All three grain free muesli varieties are Certified Gluten Free, NonGMO Project Verified, kosher (OU), vegan, and free of dairy and soy ingredients.
Seven Sundays became a Certified B Corporation in 2019 with the mission of using business as a source for good balancing profit with purpose.
