Avocado Oil Mayo is available in three varieties. We tasted the regular variety. It was creamy, mild tasting and slightly thinner than traditional mayonnaise brands. It was excellent in tuna salad and used as a condiment for sandwiches. One tablespoon has 100 calories, 12 grams of fat (8 grams of which are monounsaturated), no carb or protein and 80 milligrams of sodium.
