Over half of Americans want to lose weight making fad weight loss diets very enticing to try. Fad diets do work. As a matter of fact, all diets work. Fad diets, however, are like a patch on a leaking tire. The patch lasts for a while and then gives way. Fad diets also last for a while until you go back to the way you used to eat and you wind up back where you started or maybe even worse.
Pick a sound eating plan. You may not lose 10 pounds in a week, but you will slowly change your habits toward healthier eating. Make healthy eating a habit.
