We tasted Reduced Sodium Popcorn and their latest flavor addition Churro Popcorn, which is sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. Both are whole grain snacks, gluten free, and kosher certified (cRc).
Reduced Sodium Popcorn – 1 serving equals 3½ cups (one quarter of a 4.25-ounce bag) with 150 calories, 7 grams of fat, 110 milligrams of sodium and 4 grams of fiber.
Churro Popcorn – 1 serving equals 1 2/3 cups (one quarter of a 4.25-ounce bag) with 180 calories, 14 grams of fat, 135 milligrams of sodium and 2 grams of fiber.
