We love to try new foods. Some are great. Some don’t measure up and some become staples in our kitchen. See what you think.
Both of these brands offer gluten free snacks.
We have reviewed I Heart Keenwah snacks in the past. The company has currently expanded its snack line to include Quinoa Puffs.
Quinoa (keen-wah) is a grain-like crop grown for its edible seeds. It is not actually a true cereal food but a member of the grass family. It originated in South American and has been grown as a domesticated crop for more than 3,000 years. Quinoa is gluten free and contains more protein than traditional cereal grains. I Heart Keenwah capitalizes on the grain’s inherent healthy properties to produce a snack that is gluten free with simple ingredients.
Quinoa Puffs are vegan, Non-GMO (no genetically modified ingredients), and kosher certified (OU). They are available in 4 flavors.
