New in the Market: Just Mayo and Just Cookie Dough

Hampton Creek makes cookies and mayonnaise. The mayonnaise which is Non-GMO Verified (no genetically modified ingredients) and kosher certified (Kof-K) is excellent. It has a smooth, creamy pure mayonnaise taste which beats most commercial mayonnaise on the market. It comes in Original, Garlic, Chipotle and Sriracha flavors. Chipotle has a mild kick and Sriracha offers some fire. Neither taste is overpowering. All the flavors are cholesterol free because the mayonnaise is made without eggs. Our mayonnaise lovers really enjoyed this brand.

A 1 tablespoon serving has:

Original: 90 calories, 10 grams of fat, and 80 milligrams of sodium.

Chipotle: 90 calories, 10 grams of fat, and 115 milligrams of sodium.

Garlic: 100 calories, 10 grams of fat, and 80 milligrams of sodium.

Sriracha: 90 calories, 10 grams of fat, and 105 milligrams of sodium.

The Just Cookie Dough Chocolate Chip is a refrigerated cookie dough that comes in a jar. It is Non-GMO Verified, kosher (Kof-K), and dairy free. The label on Just Cookie Dough – Chocolate Chip says it can be eaten from the jar or baked into cookies. As it contains no eggs, the dough would be safe to eat. We baked the dough. Because the dough has no eggs the baked cookies were thin, but our tasters gave them a thumbs up and our 5-year old taster was very happy with the finished product. One cookie has 100 calories, 5 grams of fat, no cholesterol, 8 grams of sugar and 70 milligrams of sodium.
