Made with milk, minus the lactose, these puddings taste just like the original flavors made by Kozy Shack (www.KozyShack.com). For those with lactose intolerance, the inability to digest the milk sugar lactose, pudding made with milk is a real treat.
The Kozy Shack Lactose Free Puddings come in three flavors – Rice, Tapioca and Chocolate – sold ready-to-eat, refrigerated, as a 6-pack of 4-ounce single servings. Rice and Tapioca have 120 calories a serving; Chocolate has 130. All three are low in fat, have 100 milligrams of calcium, and are moderate in sodium – 130, 135 and 140 milligrams respectively.
