I love how I can pick it up at any place in the book and don’t have to read the content from start to finish. It’s easy to understand, accurate and provides details like what you need to know about buying organic and foods with the highest antioxidant content.
I recommend this book to my students because it’s easy to understand and sorts out marketing hype and media headlines that often blur the facts.
Love the way material is presented. Reader gets the facts, no heavy handed push on what is best. Authors are really experts, they inform you and let you decide what is best for your family. What a refreshing approach.
I learned so much. What a great resource. I think my friends hate me because now I am the nutrition expert.
