I need to watch my sodium but I’ve learned so much more. Great resource for anyone who wants to eat well.

For the first time I can figure out what is right for me, being able to personalize the recommendations is awesome.

Complete is exactly the right word for this book. Buy it!!!

This book explains very clearly how much protein, sugar, carbs, etc. that you actually need for your size. I have owned several editions of the print version. Author credentials are solid. I have given several copies as gifts. I always buy the latest edition as soon as it comes out. Great to see the latest digital format.

Jean,
Our counter books have been in print since the 1980s with many revisions. The listing of foods was designed by us with suggestions along the way by our readers. Foods are listed alphabetically, from A to Z, with generic (nonbranded) foods listed first and brand name listed second in each category, with subcategories, such as canned, frozen, fresh to further group like items. Fast Food chains are listed in the second part of each counter. There is a section in the front text part of each counter that is entitled How To Use ______ Counter. That can help with navigation.
If you can give me a few specific examples of why you are frustrated, I’d be more than willing to help. Our aim is to be a guide for our readers, not cause them annoyance.
