We love to try new foods. Some are great. Some don’t measure up and some become staples in our kitchen. See what you think.

Harvest Snaps are baked, snack crisps made from green peas, black beans or red lentils. Harvest Snaps are available in 10 flavors and are Certified Gluten Free, free of artificial flavors, colors and common allergens (soy, nuts, wheat and eggs). They are available in 3-ounce and 10-ounce recloseable bags.

We tasted 5 flavors. One serving of any variety is one ounce (24 pieces) and 130 calories.

Green Pea The Original Lightly Salted is NonGMO Project Verified has 5 grams of fat, 5 grams of protein, 16 grams of carb (with 4 grams of fiber and no added sugar), 75 milligrams of sodium and 200 milligrams of potassium.  

Green Pea Parmesan Roasted Garlic has 5 grams of fat, 5 grams of protein, 16 grams of carb (with 4 grams of fiber and no added sugar), 80 milligrams of sodium and 240 milligrams of potassium.  

Green Pea White Cheddar has 5 grams of fat, 5 grams of protein, 16 grams of carb (with 4 grams of fiber and no added sugar), 90 milligrams of sodium and 200 milligrams of potassium.  

Black Bean Southern Style Barbecue has 5 grams of fat, 4 grams of protein, 17 grams of carb (with 3 grams of fiber and a trace of added sugar), 140 milligrams of sodium and 240 milligrams of potassium.

Red Lentil Tomato Basil is NonGMO Project Verified has 4 grams of fat, 5 grams of protein, 17 grams of carb (with 3 grams of fiber and no added sugar), 85 milligrams of sodium and 190 milligrams of potassium. This one was our favorite
