Nonni’s has just expanded its THINaddictives biscotti line to include 3 varieties with dark chocolate. Each box contains 7 packs each with 2 biscotti. This is perfect for on-the-go snacking and an easy way to control portions.

Dark Chocolate Banana Almond – 1 pack of 2 biscotti has 80 calories, 2 grams of protein, 3 grams of fat, 11 grams of carb (5 grams of sugar and 1 gram of fiber) and 40 milligrams of sodium.

Dark Chocolate Cherry Almond – 1 pack of 2 biscotti has 70 calories, 2 grams of protein, 2.5 grams of fat, 11 grams of carb (6 grams of sugar and 1 gram of fiber) and 40 milligrams of sodium.

Dark Chocolate Chocolate Almond – 1 pack of 2 biscotti has 80 calories, 2 grams of protein, 3 grams of fat, 11 grams of carb (5 grams of sugar and 1 gram of fiber) and 55 milligrams of sodium.

THINaddictives are kosher certified.

honey-maid-dippers_honey-300Graham crackers which have been around for more than 100 years are not new, but Honey Maid, a Nabisco brand, has been tweaking the original graham crackers to reinvent a new whole grain snack. Honey Maid Dippers are the newest invention by the graham cracker brand.

Honey Maid Dippers are sturdier, finger-shaped graham crackers that won’t break when dipped into yogurt, peanut butter or spreadable cheese. Dippers are available in two flavors. Nine crackers of either flavor is one serving and both are kosher certified (OU).

Honey has 140 calories, 4 grams of fat, no cholesterol, 24 grams of carb (8 of which are sugar and 2 grams of fiber), 55 milligrams of potassium and 80 milligrams of sodium.

Chocolate has 130 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, no cholesterol, 23 grams of carb (8 of which are sugar and 2 grams of fiber), 125 milligrams of potassium and 75 milligrams of sodium. Our six-year old taster declared this her favorite.
