We love to try new foods. Some are great. Some don’t measure up and some become staples in our kitchen. See what you think.
Cb6pNZstw6ytsuTbTrGJacFGkuDPeLXj5OWA4JwgwpELaunched less than two years ago DeeBee’s TeaPops  are an organic, vegan, non-GMO (no genetically modified ingredients), kosher (KOF-K), tea-based frozen novelty. The company was founded by Dionne Laslo-Baker, PhD who wanted to offer her family and consumers a healthy, low-sugar treat.
The frozen pops come in 5 flavors. We tasted 4 and our tasters found them to be a refreshing, less sweet alternative to traditional ice pops. Each ice pop is a 1.75 ounce serving.
Berries & Cherries is made with rooibos tea plus fruit. One pop has 30 calories, no fat and 7 grams of sugar.
Southern Iced Tea is made with black tea. One pop has 25 calories, no fat and 5 grams of sugar.
Toasted Coconut is made with rooibos tea plus fruit. One pop has 70 calories, 5 grams of fat (5 of which are saturated) and 6 grams of sugar and 25 milligrams of sodium. The other flavors are sodium free.
Tropical Mango is made with rooibos tea plus fruit. One pop has 25 calories, no fat and 7 grams of sugar.
DeeBee’s gives part of its profits to 1% for the Planet which promotes positive environmental change.
