Don’t Forget Milk

A glass of nonfat milk has only 90 calories – less than most sweetened drinks or soda. Plus it is rich in calcium, potassium, protein, riboflavin (a B vitamin) and vitamin D. Non-dairy alternatives, fortified with calcium and vitamin D, can be a good milk alternative for vegetarians or those with allergies.
