Whole grain, gluten-free, vegan, and cooks in less than 2 minutes, Ancient Harvest Organic Quinoa was introduced to stores this summer. Organic Quinoa is USDA Organic and NonGMO Project Verified. It is available in an 8-ounce pouch that can be heated in the microwave in 90 second or warmed in a frying pan.

Each package provides two 1-cup servings. Organic Quinoa is available in three varieties.

Organic Quinoa with Chickpeas & Garlic has 230 calories, 8 grams of protein, 6 grams of fat, 4 grams of fiber, 350 milligrams of sodium and is a good source of iron.

Organic Quinoa with Lentils & Garlic has 240 calories, 10 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat, 9 grams of fiber, 350 milligrams of sodium and is a good source of iron.

Organic Quinoa with Sea Salt has 280 calories, 11 grams of protein, 7 grams of fat, 8 grams of fiber, 340 milligrams of sodium and is a very good source of iron.
