option. The bars are nut and seed based. The main ingredient is almonds. They come in three flavors, are kosher certified (OU), USDA Organic, and Certified Gluten Free.
Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt with Hemp – a 1.2 ounce bar has 190 calories, 5 grams of protein, 6 grams of sugar, 4 grams of fiber, and 100 milligrams of sodium.
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter with Quinoa – a 1.2 ounce bar has 200 calories, 6 grams of protein, 7 grams of sugar, 3 grams of fiber, and 90 milligrams of sodium.
