7704_BrieFondue-300We love to try new foods. Some are great. Some don’t measure up and some become staples in our kitchen. See what you think.

Alouette has introduced a number of products that will be available through the holiday season.

Soft Spreadable Cheese varieties include:

Pumpkin Spice with a sweet pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon flavor.

Vanilla Bean Cheesecake with a mild cheesecake flavor.

Both would go well paired with a sweeter cracker like a graham cracker. Or they could be used to dip fruit for as an icing for cupcakes.

Crème de Brie Smoky Bourbon is a brie spread without the rind. It has a subtle smoky taste and does contain real bourbon.

Brie Fondue is a microwaveable product that is very rich and creamy. It contains a white wine reduction.

A 2 tablespoon serving of each has 70 to 80 calories.

σημειώνω το “don’t let them fool you”, από στίχο αγγλικού τραγουδιού στον Στα ελληνικά σημαίνει “μην τους αφήνεις να σε κοροϊδεύουν”.
