Fast Food Fact: Eggs Don’t Raise Cholesterol

It’s a myth. Research has shown no connection between eating up to 1 egg a day and heart disease. High blood cholesterol is more likely caused by diets high in saturated fats and low in fiber than diets that include a moderate amount of eggs

if you’d rather not eat the egg substitutes, try making a 4 egg white omelet, add 1 yolk or less for flavor, and a bunch of your favorite veggies to it
